This patient had severely worn teeth from decades of bruxism, with lost vertical dimension affecting facial appearance and TMJ comfort. Dr. Kriston rebuilt the entire bite over four phased stages, restoring the vertical dimension, eliminating TMJ symptoms, and creating a smile the patient says changed his life.
After losing a front tooth to trauma, this patient had the site grafted and an implant placed. Dr. Kriston designed the final crown to match the natural teeth in shade, translucency, and gum contour — achieving an FP-1 result indistinguishable from the surrounding natural teeth.
This patient had spacing between the upper front teeth and mild crowding that created an uneven smile line. Rather than orthodontics, Dr. Kriston used six porcelain veneers to close the gaps, align the edges, and create a natural, harmonious smile in two visits.
This patient wanted to correct years of wear, uneven gum contours, and a shade she’d never been happy with. Dr. Kriston performed laser gum reshaping and veneer preparation at the same visit, whitened the remaining natural teeth during the temporary phase, and delivered 10 porcelain veneers matched to the patient’s new shade. The entire transformation was completed in three weeks.
